Welcome to this today’s edition of The Charlie Page Letter.
This week has been incredibly productive behind the scenes. We are shifting gears, building new assets, and finding time saving ways to use AI that actually move the needle without adding more hours to the workday.
Let's dive right into three big takeaways for this week.
1. Building Real Assets (Without The Heavy Monthly Fees)
If you are a digital entrepreneur, you know the following is true:
1 - You have valuable knowledge to share.
2 - Hosting that knowledge on premium course platforms often eats into your profits with heavy monthly fees.
I decided to solve that problem this week.
I have 70 high-quality training videos that I am packaging into a brand new offering called "Charlie Page Mastermind Express."
But instead of paying a premium platform to host them, I am building the membership hub 100% from scratch using an AI app builder called Lovable.
Here is the beauty of this approach: I am taking those 70 videos, setting them as "Unlisted" on YouTube (which costs zero dollars), and embedding them securely into my own custom Lovable app.
A secure database handles the logins, Stripe takes the payments, and the videos stream perfectly.
I keep 100% of the profits. No monthly platform fees. Just total ownership of my business and my customer list.
When you build your own simple tools, you stop renting your business and start owning it.
And with AI today, you don't need to be a programmer to make this happen.
If you have a backlog of content, including PLR content, don't let it gather dust.
Package it up, own the delivery, and turn it into a real asset.
If you need to know how to do it get in touch.
2. What's New in AI: The 300-View Experiment
Yesterday, I decided to run a little experiment to see if AI could breathe new life into my existing content.
I took some of my regular, full-length videos and used an AI tool called Victor to automatically chop them up into short-form videos. I didn't overthink it. I just let the AI find the best moments, format the Shorts, and then I hit publish.
I want to be clear, AI did 100% of the work here.
I didn't send an email to the list. I didn't run any ads. I didn't post links on social media to drive traffic. I literally did nothing more than publish the shorts.
The result? Over 300 views in the first 12 hours.
If you want to see the shorts visit my YouTube channel. While you are there hit subscribe to be notified when new content comes along. Hint: That’s going to be happening regularly!
That is pure organic traffic generated by an AI repurposing content I had already created, working in the background while I focused on other things.
If you'd like to know more about how I used Viktor to do this, or want the details on how you can try it yourself, just contact me at [email protected] and I'll be happy to give you the details!

3. Buying Back Your Time
There is a trap we all fall into when building a business: trading our time for dollars.
It works in the beginning, but eventually, you hit a ceiling. You simply run out of hours in the day.
My big focus right now—and what I want to encourage you to focus on—is the "build once, sell many times" model.
If you are doing manual fulfillment or heavy 1-on-1 work, you are on a treadmill.
It is time to step off and build scalable digital products.
This is why I am currently pivoting my own business away from heavy "done-for-you" services,
It’s why I am closing out my Business Builder, and doubling down on products that deliver themselves automatically.
Imagine waking up to sales of a product that required zero manual effort from you to deliver. That is not a pipe dream. That is just a good system in action.
Start small. Take one piece of knowledge, turn it into a simple PDF or a short video training, and put a buy button on it. Build an automated system that delivers it. Once you do it successfully one time, you can do it a hundred times.
And remember, you can do this with PLR without writing a word!
Have a great weekend, and keep building!
Best,
Charlie Page
