Finding it hard to keep up? This will help.
Hey there,
Happy Monday!
If you spent more than 15 minutes on Facebook (or any social platform) you're probably feeling the pressure to try to keep up.
You see so many people posting so many things in so many different ways on Facebook and all other social media platforms.
How can you possibly hope to keep up with that volume of content?
Well, there's a secret, and I'm going to share it with you in this newsletter.
1 - Digital Marketing That Converts
The secrets are …
There's actually more than one secret to solve this particular "How do I keep up with so much content?" problem.
1 - Use automation to publish
If you use a platform like GoHighLevel you can use the social media poster.
If you are not using an “all in one” platform like GHL there are many social-specific tools. I use GHL but my favorite stand alone is Metricool.
Almost all social media posters allow you to schedule well in advance and many of them provide AI tools inside the social poster to create the content for you.
I teach private clients every single week how to do 30 days' worth of social content in 15 minutes. You can do this too.
We are quickly moving toward the day when you give AI a topic and it creates content, schedules it, and posts it for you.
This is why it's important to establish your presence on social media platforms now, so that when that day comes, your content will have an audience to receive it.
2 - Repurpose existing content
I want to be 100% clear that I'm talking about repurposing content and not copying and using content as your own.
The way you do this is simplicity itself, and this is where AI does a very good job.
Let me give you an example. Let's say you find a YouTube video that you really like, and you want to repurpose the content from that video on your social media, but you want to do it in written form, not in video form. How do you do that?
The way to do that is to take the video, take a link from the YouTube video over to Notebook LM by Google, and put it in Notebook LM.
What Notebook LM will give you a transcript of that YouTube video. Since Notebook is owned by Google, that's allowed.
Now you take that written text that you got from Notebook LM, and you take it over to whatever your favorite AI tool is, and you say, "Repurpose this content into" and tell it your preferred format: a blog post, an email you want to send or content for any social media platform.
Just tell it which platform you want and instantly, you will have your repurposed content
NOTE: You can even have Notebook LM create the content for social media for you if you prefer to stay on one platform
3 - PLR
Repurposing PLR content is the quick and easy way to create huge amounts of content in a very short period of time.
Since almost all PLR content comes in PDF format, you can simply upload the PDF to your AI of choice and say to the AI, "Create X number of social media posts from this content."
You tell it how many to create, and it creates that number. And it matches the format correctly
It’s no exaggeration to say that you could end up with a hundred social media posts in under 20 minutes using these techniques
2 - AI Made Easy
If this idea connects with you, then I've taken the liberty of writing a prompt you can start with. Use whichever AI you want to use; it doesn't matter.
Before you review it, consider checking out my prompt-pack membership. You get new prompts every week and you can even request I write a custom prompt for you.
Start with the following prompt and see what you get.
START PROMPT
Act as an expert copywriter and social media strategist. I am going to provide you with text from a PLR (Private Label Rights) report.
I want you to read it, ignore the original tone, and extract the top 3 most valuable, actionable insights. Then, use those insights to write 3 standalone social media posts.
Follow these strict rules for the rewrite:
Use a warm, conversational, peer-to-peer tone.
Start each post with a strong hook that names a specific problem the reader is facing.
Provide the solution clearly and concisely based on the text.
Keep paragraphs very short (1 to 2 sentences maximum).
Zero hype, zero corporate speak, and do not use words like "revolutionary" or "game-changing."
End each post with a simple, engaging question to start a conversation.
Here is the text to repurpose: [PASTE YOUR PLR TEXT HERE] or upload a PDF.
END PROMPT
If you start to repurpose content every week you will soon find that you have a bigger audience, a bigger list, and are making more sales.
And those are beautiful things indeed!
I hope we talk soon,
Charlie
